The purpose of “Immunity to Change” (ITC) is to foster lasting positive change in individuals and teams, working towards the overall improvement of the organization. The ITC process helps people identify and overcome individual and collective mindsets that are at work against their personal and organizational goals. Harvard Professors, Dr. Robert Kegan and Dr. Lisa Lahey, have studied the psychology of personal change collectively for over 65 years, and together built the ITC process to work through mindset limitations and enable people to see a bigger world with greater possibility. ITC has been adopted by organizations including Google, Wealth Management International, and is so powerful it used by top executive coaches at Facebook, and countless other companies and educational institutions.
